A hot sauce with surprising smoky flavours

Sirocco hot sauce is much more than just a barbecue sauce. It combines a pronounced smoky flavour with various spices that blend perfectly with the chilli pepper. The combination of all these flavours is the perfect way to spice up your meat and side dishes. It also adds depth to your sauces.

This hot and smoky sauce has an intensity of 7/12, equivalent to 75,000 on the Scoville scale.

A chilli sauce made in France

This sauce has been made in the Maison Martin workshops from chillies grown locally in the south of France.

Ingredients : Fresh chilli (42%), water, vinegar, tomato purée, garlic, sugar, salt, smoked chilli powder (0.6%), spices, stabiliser: natural vegetable Xanthan gum.
