A rich, versatile hot sauce


Boujulaise hot sauce is the perfect accompaniment to grilled red meat. Its red wine flavours add depth on the palate, making it a very interesting combination with Habanero and Picarro peppers. It also goes very well with charcuterie, meat, burgers, or stewed dishes such as bourguignon or chilli corn carne.
Boujulaise sauce can be used in a variety of ways. It stands on its own when added directly to the plate, but can also be used as a marinade for your kebabs and grilled meats. Its pronounced flavours infuse right into the meat, leaving it tender and flavoursome with a rich aroma. This hot sauce has an intensity of 6/12, which represents around 60,000 SHU on the Scoville scale.

A local chilli sauce


Boujulaise sauce, like all Maison Martin sauces, is made from quality products. They are cooked in workshops in the south of France, using locally-grown chillies. This chilli sauce is cooked with sulphite-free red wine from a natural vinification process. 

Ingredients : Fresh chillies* (40%), new red wine from Domaine La Bohème Justine Loiseau & Patrick Bouju*, sugar*, vinegar* salt*, spices, stabiliser: natural vegetable Xanthane gum*.
