A spicy sauce with a southern flavour

Mistral sauce is a lightly spiced sauce. Its moderate spiciness gives way to delicious flavours of thyme, rosemary, oregano and roasted garlic. Its aromas make it an excellent accompaniment to pasta dishes, pizza bases and meat and fish dishes.

This spicy herb sauce has an intensity of 4/12, equivalent to 15,000 SHU on the Scoville scale.

A spicy sauce from France

This chilli sauce, like all Maison Martin sauces, has been cooked in a family-run workshop using chillies grown locally in France.

Ingredients : Fresh chillies* (42%), water*, vinegar*, garlic*, sugar*, salt,* oregano* (0.2%), rosemary* (0.1%), stabiliser: natural vegetable Xanthan gum*.
