The Weber charcoal heat regulator is specially designed for Kettle charcoal grills with a diameter of 57 cm. It makes it easy to prepare your charcoal for both high and low-temperature searing. It features a cone and a diffuser ring to reduce cooking hazards.
The cone positions the charcoal to obtain up to 7 hours of low-temperature combustion for slow cooking between 110°C and 135°C.
The diffuser can be removed for compact, long-term storage.
