Advantages of the Weber Original Kettle E-5710 charcoal grill
The Weber Original Kettle E-5710 charcoal grill features a 54.5cm diameter chromed steel cooking grate. It can be used to grill food for 8 to 10 people. Its enamel-coated steel lid and bowl retain heat for constant temperature and even cooking. The enamel keeps the moisture inside the pan for juicy, flavorful grilling. The enamel also creates a protective layer against rust, which can develop with humidity.
The lid is also equipped with a ventilation flap that allows temperature control without having to lift it. Closing the flap completely cuts off the air flow and turns off the grill. The handle at the top of the lid is fitted with a heat shield to ensure a safe grip.
To prevent damage to the lid when placed on the ground, it has been fitted with a hook that allows it to be hung directly from the grill, without getting in the way during use.
The cover is water, UV and weather resistant. We do, however, recommend a protective cover over the long term if the barbecue is constantly outdoors, to ensure that the enamel lasts as long as possible.
A grill with direct and indirect cooking
This flagship model from Weber offers 2 cooking options: direct and indirect. If you place the charcoal on the entire surface of the grate, the cooking will be direct, which is ideal for grilling. If you separate the charcoal on either side of the grate, the heat will be revolving and therefore indirect, which is perfect for longer cooking operations such as chicken, roasts, shredded beef...
An easy-to-maintain charcoal grill
The grill features the One-Touch cleaning system, which makes it easy to remove ashes and charcoal debris by pushing them into the specially designed ashtray.
The grll is equipped with two wheels for easy mobility. The base of the grill is also equipped with a stand for stability when not in use.
The chrome-plated steel grill is easy to clean. It also retains heat for even cooking.
