Professional CORE are Char-Broil premium gas grills offering absolute comfort, with plenty of storage space.

The Professional CORE B4, a high-performance professional-quality grill.

The Professional CORE B4 is the largest model in the range. It has a total cooking surface of 77.2 x 44.5 cm. It features 4 powerful, low-consumption burners for maximum heat. Its high-performance, upward-facing stainless steel burners are highly heat-resistant. The Professional CORE features porcelain-enameled cast-iron grates and durable stainless steel plates. The grates and emitter plates combined with TRU-INFRARED technology distribute heat evenly, for grilled food that's up to 50% juicier. It features a closed 1-element combustion chamber.

The side burner allows you to perform several cooking operations simultaneously on your gas grill. It's ideal for preparing side dishes, grilling, or reheating sauces at low temperatures.

This Char-Broil gas grill features SUREFIRE electronic ignition, which lights the burners at the touch of a button, with no flame emission.

A gas grill with a professional & functional design

The extra-high lid of the Professional CORE B4 is made of robust steel. Its shape makes it easy to grill large pieces of meat. It features a built-in thermometer that lets you check the inside temperature at any time without having to open the lid. Its fixed side shelf provides ample work space for preparing your food for grilling.

The burner control knobs are ergonomically designed with chrome-plated covers and an integrated LED light.

To keep you hydrated, a bottle opener is integrated directly into the grill.

Professional CORE grills are easy to move thanks to their 4 castors, two of which have locking systems that provide excellent stability when stationary.

A modular gas grill for infinite cooking possibilities

The Professional CORE B4 has a large storage space for both an 11 kg gas bottle and your accessories. This storage space is modular thanks to the MADE2MATCH system also available from Barbecue France.

Would you like to use your gas grill for charcoal cooking? Professional CORE models can be transformed into hybrid grills thanks to the MADE2MATCH charcoal tray.

You can also smoke with Professional CORE B2, B3 and B4 thanks to the MADE2MATCH smoking box. Integrated pins secure the box in place, and the two-part lid makes it easy to fill with smoking chips directly on the grill.
