The Gas2Coal features a powerful stainless-steel side burner that's perfect for concocting other preparations during your grill session. It can be used to brown side dishes and, at low temperatures, to prepare and reheat sauces. The Gas2Coal can be complemented with Char-Broil accessories to make it even more functional. Accessorized with a plancha, it can be used to cook smaller foods such as onions, fried eggs and bacon, or more delicate foods like scallops.
To help you create the perfect bake, Char-Broil has equipped the Gas2Coal lid with a built-in thermometer to monitor the heat-up process and internal temperature.
A removable keep-warm grid has been placed high up to keep your grills warm. It is also equipped with a grill lip with support on the grate for safe handling of the cooking surface.
Last but not least, an integrated
bottle opener is located under the side shelf to keep everything close at hand.

Its 4 enameled porcelain-coated cast-iron grates ensure excellent heat distribution. It features 4 powerful stainless steel burners with protective shields for maximum heat. Burners operate by electronic ignition. The push-button ignition produces a spark that lights the burners.
Its two patented stainless steel charcoal trays enable hybrid cooking with gas and charcoal at the same time. Would you like to cook with charcoal only? Its 2 trays make this possible. Thanks to the unique design of the two charcoal trays, heat is distributed evenly over the entire cooking surface of the grill.
In this new version, you'll find a dedicated storage space for the gas bottle. Thanks to its four sturdy, flexible wheels, the grill is easy to move.
How to use your Hybrid grill ?
To light your Gas2Coal, simply fill the charcoal tray and light the charcoal with the gas burners. The coals burn evenly in just a few minutes.
