How to use Bear's garlic parsley?
Bear's garlic parsley is very easy to use. On a tomato salad, sprinkle it directly over your raw vegetables. With seafood such as cockles or razor clams, sprinkle a teaspoon directly into the pan while cooking. For a gourmet sauce, mix the parsley with butter. Persillade also goes well with white meat such as chicken or red meat.
