The Big Green Egg Large Perforated Half-Spherical Griddle is a grill accessory for the Big Green Egg Large charcoal grill.

This half-spherical cooking plate allows you to prepare delicate foods such as vegetables, mushrooms, asparagus, fish, meat and seafood, whether they are small or cut into pieces, so that they do not fall through the grill and into the bottom of your Big Green Egg kamado.

Its half-spherical shape also allows you to prepare smaller foods on this plate but keep part of your Big Green Egg kamado to do your usual grilling.
