The Smoke Offset 400- Broil King charcoal grill has 2 cooking chambers.

You will love its 3 cooking methods: direct, indirect and hot smoking.

Its main tank will allow you to cook a large quantity of preparation with its surface of 65 x 49 cm.

With the second tank, you can cook your meats directly for a marked seizure. It also serves as a combustion chamber for indirect cooking. You can smoke your products by adding chips or wood for smoking.

The Broil King cast iron cooking grids are reversible with a pointed side for searing and marinating and a curved side for steaming and re-cooking juices to give your food even more flavor.

With the venting system on the sides and with the exhaust chimney, the airflow adjustment allows for more or less smoke and heat circulation within the interior.

Each tank has its own ash drawer. Placed under the charcoal grills or the large tank, it keeps your grill clean and facilitates the evacuation of the ashes.

Warning: use only charcoal to light your grill. Do not use wood alone.
