Inspired by the meeting between the spice mixtures brought back by the East India Company and the fishermen of Lorient, the Breton Curry is an exclusive recipe developed by Terre Exotique.
In the Breizh Curry recipe, we find fragrant dried seaweed such as nori, dulse, wakame or sea lettuce. Mixed with cumin, fennel and coriander, these marine flavors give the Breton curry a unique taste.
The Breton curry is only limited by your imagination! Like all curry-type spice blends, you simply need to add a fat, spices, a condiment (garlic, onion, ginger) and cream or yogurt to make the sauce longer. All that remains is to add red or white meat, vegetables or tofu.
