The Oskar M Barbecook smoker is a remarkable 3-in-1 appliance.  It can be used for both barbecuing and delicious smoking. Thanks to its enamelled finish, this high-quality appliance is easy to maintain. With its enamelled steel bowl, the Oskar M Smoker is the perfect appliance to have at home to revive your taste buds. When you use the Oskar M Barbecook smoker to smoke your food, you can choose to place your ingredients on the sturdy chrome-plated steel grates or hang them from the hanging hooks provided inside the smoker. Oskar's adjustable air supply and built-in thermostat give you optimum control over the smoking of your food for perfect smoking results.

The Oskar M smoker is also equipped with a stock pot for pouring in the liquid of your choice to prevent food from drying out. You can add a spice blend, stock or wine.
The Oskar M smoker is a 3-in-1 appliance - smoker, barbecue and brazier - with a height of 112 cm. This elegant black smoker features a 44 cm diameter chrome-plated grill. 

How to use the Oskar M smoker

Place the snail-shaped cold smoke generator in the smoker, previously filled with moistened smoking powder. Allow to smoulder over a small flame such as a tea light. Cold smoking brings a delicious smoky flavor to your food without cooking it. Cold smoking takes place at a temperature of between 0 and 25°. It brings surprising smoky, ashy flavors to hard cheeses, but also to other varieties such as goat's and sheep's cheeses. Hot smoking takes place at a temperature of between 70 and 120°. It is used to slow-cook fine cuts of meat to make them juicy and flavorful, with a pleasant smoky taste. To carry out hot smoking, you'll need wood shavings, wood or charcoal, matches or a gas lighter. You'll also need a liquid such as water, broth or alcohol. Start by removing the top of your smoker and light the wood or charcoal in the charcoal bowl at the bottom of the smoker.  Sprinkle water-soaked smoking shavings or pieces of wood over your coals when the charcoal or wood is covered with a fine gray layer. All that's left to do is replace the grill, barbecue top and lid, and you're ready to smoke!
