This charcoal grill is made from ceramic, which ensures long-lasting heat retention. The ceramic bowl and lid enable you to maintain the temperature for longer and more consistently, so there's no need to add charcoal. Its two side shelves provide ample space for your dishes and cooking utensils. The temperature can be set as precisely as in an electric oven, from 70°C to 350°C, simply by adjusting the air inlet and outlet. This performance is achieved thanks to the inertia of ceramic, which no steel grill can match.

Its high-quality stainless-steel charcoal bowl and ash collection tray ensure long-lasting durability. The Kamado Kamal Barbecook features a cast aluminum top valve and a heat shield for indirect grilling. Ideal for trying slow-cooked ribs or pulled pork. The Kamal's lid features a 100% airtight seal and four strong springs so smoke and flavors aren't lost.

The Kamado Kamal grill also features a stainless steel charcoal basket to avoid direct contact with the ceramic, and an ash catch tray for easy cleaning.

How to light your Kamado Kamal Barbecook?

Light the grill by filling the Kamado about halfway with charcoal and a fire starter. The air supply and lid must be fully open. The ceramic bowl allows the flame to ignite quickly, as ceramic retains heat particularly well. You can start barbecuing when a fine grey layer has formed on the charcoal.

The mullite in Kamado Kamal's ceramic keeps the heat inside, ensuring that the coals stay lit and a good temperature is maintained. What's more, this kamado barbecue features a lid with a 100% airtight seal, thanks to the flexible, durable wire mesh gasket and four extremely strong stainless steel springs.

The Kamal 60cm kamado grill has a matte black finish with foliage relief. This charcoal barbecue has a working height of 80 cm and a stainless steel grill with a diameter of 53 cm. It weighs 106 kg and is easy to move thanks to its 4 sturdy castors equipped with two brakes. The Kamado Kamal Barbecook also features a built-in thermometer that displays temperature in °C and °F, and can go above 1000°C.
